CDWT operates modern ZJ 70 DBS and ZJ 70 D drilling rigs equipped with advanced Top Drive systems, MWD/LWD telemetry tools, and high-performance PDC drill bits.

In 2020, the Trust introduced Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) technology at the Bulla-Deniz field, becoming the first operator in the Caspian region to apply this advanced drilling system.
